Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing, please check with neighbors, front desk, or building management. If it does not arrive within 3 business days of being marked delivered, contact us at hello@thekatherinemarie.com with your order number.
